This is an application filed seeking leave to implead the respondent Nos. 4 to 8 of the instant application as respondents in the accompanying writ petition. 3. Taking into account the grounds stated in the instant application, it is therefore the opinion of this Court that leave should be granted to the applicant to implead the respondent Nos. 4 to 8 of the instant application as respondent Nos. 4 to 8 in the accompanying writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the instant Interlocutory Application stands allowed. 5. The respondent Nos. 4 to 8 of the instant application are arrayed as respondent Nos. 4 to 8 in the accompyaning writ petition. 6.
