Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction or order declaring the acts of the respondents in interfering with the civil matters of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, unauthorized, without authority of law, unlawful and also abuse of the office and in violation of the rule of law and in violation of fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of India and also to direct the 4th respondent to not to interfere in the matter of Pragathi Nagar layout in Government S.No.382-2, S.No.382-3A and S.No.382-3B in Kirikera, Hindupur mandal, Anantapuramu District and not to call the petitioners to Police Station in this regard and not to resort to any coercive measures against the petitioners to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased To direct the respondents to not to call the petitioners to Police Station in connection to layout of M/s. ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction or order declaring the acts of the respondents in interfering with the civil matters of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary, unauthorized, without authority of law, unlawful and also abuse of the office and in violation of the rule of law and in violation of fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of Constitution of India and also to direct the 4th respondent to not to interfere in the matter of Pragathi Nagar layout in Government S.No.382-2, S.No.382-3A and S.No.382-3B in Kirikera, Hindupur mandal, Anantapuramu District and not to call the petitioners to Police Station in this regard and not to resort to any coercive measures against the petitioners to pass …”SS
2. Heard Sri K.Sakthi Niranjan Guptha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute and calling the petitioners to the police station.
3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that in the light of the interim orders dated 11.12.2020, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
4. As can be seen from the interim order dated 11.12.2020, this Court
directed the respondent-police officials not to call the petitioners to the police station without there being any case registered against them.
5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
