The present application has been filed for correction of name of the counsel of respondent No.1 in the judgment dated 28.08.2025 passed by this Court. It has been submitted that the name of learned counsel has been marked as Suchitra Sen instead of Suchitra Thakur. This is a clerical error. Hence, a prayer has been made to correct the same. A perusal of the record shows that Ms. Suchitra Thakur was appearing before the Court on previous date of hearing and inadvertently, instead of Suchitra Thakur, the Court had recorded the name of Suchitra Sen. This is a clerical error and is ordered to be corrected. The name of Suchitra Sen in the order sheet dated 19.08.2025 and the judgment dated 28.08.2025 is ordered to be corrected to Suchitra Thakur. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction with red ink in the order as well as in the judgment and thereafter, sent the file to this Court for upoloading the corrected order and judgment.
