By this application, the petitioner has prayed for pre-arrest bail in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Latasil P.S Case No. 75 under Section 3(3), the Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920, Section 14(C) and Section 13(1) of the Foreigners Act, 1946, Section 336(3), 340(2), 61(2)(a) of BNS, 2023 and Section 12(a) of the Assam Money Lenders (Amendment) Act, 2022. 3. The F.I.R revealed that few Afghan nationals named in the FIR including the petitioner had illegally obtained the Passport/ Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/PAN Card in their name with the help of some scrupulous broker gang in Guwahati and has been doing business with the same. 4. It is noticed that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail vide Order dated 29.08.2025 with the condition that he will appear before the Investigating Officer of Latasil Police Station within a period of 7 (seven) days and in compliance with the said direction, the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer and got his statement recorded. 5. It is as such seen that the petitioner has been cooperating with the investigation and due to the same, this Court deems it fit that the Order dated 29.08.2025, by which interim pre-arrest bail was granted to the petitioner be made absolute with the further direction that he may comply with the conditions mentioned therein. 6.
