It is signed by the petitioner, counsel for petitioner and counsel for respondent. As per the averments in the application, the matter is settled for Rs.24,00,000/- which includes Rs.4,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in the Trial Court and withdrawn by the respondent. 3. The petitioner is handing over demand draft for Rs.15,00,000/- drawn in favour of respondent dated 02.07.2025, drawn on Federal Bank, bearing No.530240. Learned counsel for the respondent reports the receipt of said demand draft. The petitioner hands over cash of Rs.4,50,000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent.
