Though the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the the summoning order dated 25.10.2024 passed by Learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act)/ Additional District and Session Judge, Ghaziabad as well as quash entire Criminal proceeding and impugned Charge sheet dated 04.10.2024 in Case Crime No. 406 of 2024, Special Session Trail No. 2871 of 2024, Under Section 306 I.P.C 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act Police Station Khoda, District Ghaziabad (State of U.P and another VS Pooja Yadav), however, he confines his relief only for a direction for consideration of the bail application. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of while observing that in case appropriate proceeding in the form of bail application is preferred before the court below, then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly in accordance with the law of the land.
