(Oral) Pursuant to order dated 14.05.2025, Dy. Director of Elementary Education, Mandi, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, has come present in Court. 2. While placing on record communication dated 03.06.2025, issued under the signatures of Dy. Director of Elementary Education, Mandi, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that order, alleged to have been violated, stands complied. He states that person, who was appointed in violation of order passed by this Court, has been removed. 2 3. Factum of removal of person namely Yograj has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner, who further states that on account of subsequent developments, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same may be disposed of. 4.
