Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, in connection with PS. Case No. 253/2025 U/S 152/196(1)/197(2)/353(2) BNS. Page No.# 2/2 3. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he made a comment in social media in respect of the Delhi Bomb Blast questioning as to why such incidence occurred before the elections. 4. The petitioner was arrested on 14.11.2025 and has spend above 20 days in custody. 5. Having regard to the nature of the allegations, further detention is not considered necessary. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed. 7. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- each with one surety each of like amount to the satisfaction of the Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M) North Salmara, Abhaypuri.
