Mr. Yogesh Chandra Tiwari, Standing Counsel, for the State. (2) By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought the following relief:
“Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to provide the land in which they are cultivating the crops and they are belongs to the Schedule Caste Community, it is also submitted that they have been entitlement of Section 122 B (4F) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act 1950.” (3) Learned State Counsel was given time to get instructions. Today, on instructions, he submits that consolidation proceedings were initiated in respect of the land in question. He further submits that matter is presently pending before Board of Revenue in Revision No. 5 of 2023-24. Thus he submits that till the time revision is decided, prayer made by petitioners before this Court cannot be granted. (4) This Court finds substance in the submission made by learned State Counsel. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioners to
make representation to District Magistrate concerned, only after decision in Revision No. 5 of 2023-24 by the Board of Revenue. Representation of petitioners shall be considered and decided by the concerned District Magistrate as per law.
