[2] The present application being MC(W.P. (C)) No. 875 of 2025 is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners with prayer for preponement of the date of hearing and also permitting to withdraw the case in terms & conditions of ‘para no. 5’. However, the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 & 5 submits that she has objection in withdrawing the case in terms & conditions of ‘para no. 5’ but she does not have any objection in withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one. [3] Mrs. Ch. Sundari, learned GA for the State respondent submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. [4] This Court has perused the materials on record and submissions made at the bar.
