On considering the fact that notice had been issued to the respondent on 14.02.2025 and as there is no return of A/D card or unserved notice from the sole respondent, we are of the view that the matter regarding condonation of delay should be decided, as the reason given for the same is sufficient for condoning the delay. 3.
