ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not granting permission to fill up the vacant aided posts in the petitioner institution as per the G.O.Ms.No.40 dated 30.06.2017 and consequential proceedings in R.C.No.90/PS- 1/2010-3, dated 20.07.2017, in view of the abeyance orders issued by the 1st and 2nd respondent on 12.09.2017 ignoring the fact that the 1st respondent directed to lift the abeyance orders issued earlier, despite representation made by the petitioner on 16.07.2020 and 20.03.2021 and recommended by the 4th respondent dated 24.03.2021 as being arbitrary, illegal and violating Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner institution to fill up the 8 vacant aided posts as per Rule 12 of G.O.M.S.No.1 dated 01.01.1994 in consonance with G.O.Ms.No.40, dated 30.06.2017 and consequential proceedings of 2nd respondent vide Rc.No.90/PS-1/2010-3, dated 20.07.2017 and issue such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 15.11.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20062 of 2024.
4. Learned Government Pleader does not refute the said submission.

5. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition in terms of W.P.No.20062 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
7. Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 15.11.2024 passed in W.P.No.20062 of 2024 to this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
