Case No. 34 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Sharthak Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi. 3. On 06.07.2024, the uncle of the informant was abducted by unknown persons and thereafter, he was murdered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. It was also submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Ved Vyas Mahto. 5. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sharthak Sharma, learned J.M.F.C., Ranchi in connection with Tatisilway P.S.
