Having regard to the fact that the present I.A is for impleadment of the opposite parties name therein the service is deemed to be completed. 4. Perused the application for impleadment and heard learned counsels. It appears that the respondent No.2, Aksed Ali has already expired and in his place Shahar Banu, wife of Aksed Ali and Shah Alom, son of Aksed Ali are required to be impleaded. 5. Accordingly, it is directed that the said persons namely, Shahar Banu, wife of Aksed Ali and Shah Alom, son of Aksed Ali be impleaded as respondent Nos. 3 & 4. 6.
