Petitioner is serving as Supervisor at Circle Office Marhi under ICDS Project, Dharmapur, District Mandi, H.P. Her case is that she is 50% physically handicapped and, therefore, seeks transfer from her present place of posting where she has otherwise completed her normal tenure. 3. Petitioner’s grievance is that her representation dated ‘Nil’ March, 2025 (Annexure P-3) though was forwarded by the Child Development Project Officer, Dharampur, District -2- 2025:HHC:31205 Mandi on 20.03.2025 to respondent No.2, however, till date the same has not been decided. 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
