The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the certain other directors had filed WP No.7422/2025 in Smt.Rajeshwari.L.R & others vs. The State of Karnataka & others which came to disposed by this Court on 17.3.2025, raising similar grounds as the petitioner has done in the present petition. Unfortunately, the petitioner was not a party to that petition, but the petitioner is situated in a similar situation that petitioners-therein. 4. The petitioner as also having filed an appeal which is pending before respondent No.4, I am of the considered opinion that the petitioner would also be entitled to the benefit of the order dated 17.3.2025 in WP No.7422/2025. As such, I pass the following; ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. iii. The order dated 17.02.2025 bearing No. JRB/Dawa/29-C/27/2024-25 passed by Respondent No.2 at Annexure-C is stayed - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:17174 WP No. 12532 of 2025 till the appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent No.4 is considered and disposed.
