Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Ms. Nutan Ekka, learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. 3. On 14.06.2024, Jorapokhar Police apprehended the petitioner from a place near Barari Pond. On search, several watches and other stolen articles were recovered from his possession. 4. It appears that the petitioner is an accused in as many as eight cases of similar nature. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
