CORAM:
HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE
O R D E R 30-07-2025
Learned counsel for the respondents has shared with us a copy of the
order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No. 25270/2023 and the observations recorded in paragraphs 6, 7, 8, and 9 reads as thus:
“6. In the aforesaid factual background, the condonation of delay of 1367 days does not appear to be justified.
7. Accordingly, the present appeal is allowed and the impugned order condoning delay is set aside.
8. Consequently, the appeal filed by the respondents before the High Court bearing LPA No. 26 of 2023 also stands dismissed.
9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.”
In the wake of the above and the SLP having been dismissed, the matter is consigned to records.
