Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE -2- 10.2.That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities to make the Rin Pustika. 10.3. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which may deem fit.” 2) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the unprecedented circumstances arising therefrom, the petitioner could not submit the relevant documents before the respondent authorities within the stipulated time frame. The learned counsel prays that reasonable time may be granted to the petitioner to place the relevant documents before the authorities concerned. 3) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon due consideration of the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the extraordinary circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have indeed created genuine difficulties for litigants and the general public in complying with procedural requirements. 4) In view of the above, the petitioner is granted 15 days time to submit the relevant documents before the respondent authorities. The respondent authorities are directed to consider the documents submitted by the petitioner. 5) It is made clear that this extension is granted purely on account of the exceptional circumstances prevailing due to the COVID-19 pandemic and shall not be treated as a precedent for future cases. 6) Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby disposed of at the admission stage with the above directions. 7) No order as to costs.
