The Court made the following ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue an appropriate writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the FIR basing on the complaint dt.
21-07-2025 made by the petitioner against the unofficial respondents No. 5 to 14 is as illegal, arbitraiy, violation of article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register the FIR above said complaint and pass……”
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that after receiving the complaint from the petitioner through registered post, the Station House Officer, Singarayakonda Police Station, deputed two constables at the house of the petitioner to take further course of action but the petitioner is not residing in the said address. 4. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police for taking further course of action.
