Perusal of the record reveals that petitioner filed Original Suit No. 236 of 2008. He moved an application seeking amendment in his plaint, which was allowed. Defendant in the suit (respondent herein) challenged trial court’s order in a revision. Revision filed by the respondent was allowed, which has been challenged in this writ petition. (3) As per report dated 29.11.2024, received from Civil Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar, O.S. No. 236 of 2008 was decided on 10.8.2021.
