1. This is the third bail application of the applicant. The First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in MCRC No. 2959/2024. The Second bail application of the applicant has again dismissed on 05.11.2024 passed in MCRC No. 7565/2025 holding that the applicant could not able to show the change in circumstance after rejection of the first bail application except the fact that some of the witnesses have been examined during the trial. Therefore, the ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.06.18 19:31:38 +0530
2 third bail application has been filed by the applicant.
2. When a specific query has been made from the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as respondents, it is apprised that on 16.06.2025 the final argument has been concluded before the learned trial Court and parties have submitted their written submissions. Learned counsel for the applicant has also not disputed the aforesaid status of the trial of the case.
3. Since the trial has already been concluded and final argument has already been made by the parties before the learned trial Court, I am not inclined to admit this third bail application at this fag end of the trial. Particularly, In view of the fact that the two bail applications of the applicant has earlier dismissed.
4. Accordingly, the third bail application of the applicant is dismissed at motion stage. Sd/- (Ravindra Kumar Agrawal)
