This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the state- respondent(s) to decide the representation dated 24.10.2024 moved by the petitioner, supported by a notarized affidavit of the petitioner also dated 24.10.2024, expeditiously, preferably within a stipulated period of time, particularly when the said representation was moved by the petitioner pursuant to proposal mooted by the respondent(s) themselves to settle the matter amicably to the satisfaction of all parties involved;" 2. Shri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, who appears for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 has received instructions and has produced an order, whereby the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected. A copy of such rejection order has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner in Court today. 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that said the order will be challenged by him. 4. However, in the aforenoted facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the order rejecting his representation, in case so advised.
