Heard learned counsels for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioners for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Section 317(5) and 338 of B.N.S., 2023 and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No.70/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the co-accused person namely Shek Jubber, has already been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 7592 of 2025 and the petitioners for no offence have been languishing in custody since 15.03.2025; as such, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail. He submits that the petitioners are ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this court. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against these petitioners coupled with the fact that co-accused person has already been granted bail and the petitioners are in custody since 15.03.2025; therefore, I am inclined to enlarge these petitioners on bail. Accordingly, these petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class Ranchi in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No.70/2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioners shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and they shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against these petitioners, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of these petitioners.
