Single Judge in W.P.No.19923 of 2020 dated 18.07.2024. During the course of hearing of this Writ Appeal, the learned counsel 2. appearing for the respondents/writ petitioners, has placed a copy of the Judgment dated 30.08.2025 passed in W.A.No.256 of 2024 and Batch and would submit that Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has dismissed the batch of Writ Appeals, which were filed under the identical circumstances. The relevant portion of the said judgment is extracted hereunder:- 3. If the order of the Hon’ble Apex Court is understood in proper perspective, the direction to dispose of the representation and rejection of the representation preclude the relief claimed by the writ petitioners and the rejection order by the respondents having no bearing to disposal of the appeal on merits. 24. On analysing the judgment of the Apex Court and considering the proceedings, we found no reasons or flaw in the order of the learned Single Judge. The learned Single Judge after considering the judgments rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and dismissal of SLP (Civil Appeal) No. 7474 of 2020, has allowed the Writ Petitions. The petitioners are also entitled for the same relief on par with the other similar employees listed in G. O. Ms. No. 179 dated 18.11.2022. ” 25. 4. Learned counsel for the appellants also endorsed the same. 5. In view of the above factual position, as the issue involved in the present Writ Appeal has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the judgement referred above, that no further adjudication is required in the present appeal. 6.
