Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record a copy of office order dated 07.11.2025 passed by the Director of School Education conveying the implementation of the judgment in question qua granting of notional increment to the petitioner for the year preceding his retirement for the purpose of calculating his pension. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that reply/compliance affidavit has been filed in the Registry, copy whereof 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? was made available for the perusal. Learned counsel submits that in terms of the compliance affidavit, respondent No.4 has authorized the revised pension in favour of the petitioner. 3. In view of above, this contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
