This application has been filed praying for correction of the order dated 10.12.2021 passed by this court in MAC Appeal No. 626/2019. In the 4th paragraph of the said order, it was directed that the names of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 should be struck off from the title page of the memo of appeal. But, the applicant has submitted that it should have been the respondent no. 1 and 2. Therefore, the error stands corrected. The name of the respondent nos. 1 and 2 shall be struck off from the memo of appeal at the risk of the appellant.
