The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S. Case No. 281/2024, for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur. 3. On 03.11.2024 at about 3:00 A.M., the motorcycle of the informant was stolen by unknown persons. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur in connection with Pakur (Town) P.S.
