Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by one Seera Bhargavi, a crime has been registered against the Petitioners and the investigation is going on. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “Basing on the strength in above report of the complainant. I registered the same as a case In Crime No 148/2025, U/S 85 BNS & Sec 3, 4 of DP Act of Burn il Town PS on 03.07.2025 at 08.15 PM and took up investigation in this case. During course of investigation, visited scene of offence and secured as many as LWs 1 to 5 witnesses in this case and examined them U/S 180(3) BNSS. It Is respectfully submitted that all the allegations leveled by the petitioners herein against respondent police are incorrect, baseless and are misconceived as such the allegations are denied herewith. I submit that the case was registered on 03.07.2025 and it is in Initial stage of Investigation and unless and until, the petitioners/accused , on 3. 3 A.3 to A. 5 will be taken necessary further action as per the allegation which is deemed to fit if the allegation, proved against them. ” Sri R.K.Acharyulu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that 4. the Court may pass appropriate orders.
