Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. After a period of two years, the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection cannot be considered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.5817 of 2023 However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
