The petitioner, by the said application has pointed out that in the said order, due to typographical mistake, the word ‘supplementary’ has erroneously gone down in the fifth line of the fourth paragraph at the first page of it and in the third line of the second paragraph at the second page of it, let the said word be deleted from the aforesaid portions of the said order. Let the word ‘3rd’ appearing in the fourth line of the first paragraph at the second page of the said order, be also deleted and be replaced with the word ‘2nd’. Other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered. The Department is directed to carry out the corrections in the said order in the manner and to the extent as indicated above; similar correction be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same. CAN 1 of 2025 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
