This writ petition has been filed seeking direction of this Court upon the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to lodge First Information Report against respondent No.4 and 5. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
