The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022, for the offence registered under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of Sri Kanwal Jeet Chopra, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih. On 23.10.2022 Cyber Police, Giridih on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Giridih bus stand, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended several accused persons. It was submitted that petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of apprehended accused persons. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kanwal Jeet Chopra, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih, in connection with Giridih Cyber P.S.
