GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ::ORDER:: Heard Sri Malireddy Gowtham, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2. The petitioners made online applications dated 01.06.2022 (Ex.P1) to mutate their names and issued pattadar pass books and title deeds of an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.1881/1 of Kottur Area, Nellore Bit-1, Nellore District. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that all the petitioners purchased the property under registered document Nos.8291, 8287, 8290, 8288, 8285, 8289, 8286 of 2013 dated 14.11.2013. Thereafter, petitioners made applications online. However, the 4th respondent has not considered the applications so far. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent will consider the online applications filed by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the 4th respondent to consider online applications dated 01.06.2022 (Ex.P1) made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders strictly as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder. No order as to costs.
