Mallikarjuna Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for State Housing Corporation Limited has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the District Head, APSHCL, Guntur, dated 14.10.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is to submit that vide reference 1st cited, a report was submitted to the MD, APSHCL, Vijayawada to release an amount of Rs.20,05,356/- to the petitioner. The funds are yet to be released. However, It is requested to grant a period of (3) months time to pay the eligible amount to the petitioner according to the revised guidelines issued i.e., obtaining the proposals from the executing department by the DHH, Guntur District, inspection of work by DHHs, sending proposals from District Collector, sending proposals to the Housing Department by the MD, APSHCL, sending proposals by the Housing Department to the Finance Department, release of BRO by the Finance Department, allocation of budget to the executing department and uploading of bills in Nidhi portal by the executing department and clearance of bills by the finance department. Hence, it is request the Standing Counsel to put the same matter before the Hon'ble High Court to grant a period of (3) months period of time to pay the eligible amount to the petitioner.” 4. The above extract would indicate that Respondent No.3 will pay the amount due to the Writ Petitioner within three (03) months. 5. Having noted the same, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition at the admission stage without going into the merit by directing Respondent No.3 to comply with the Instructions given by him that the amount will be paid within three (03) months by completing all the administrative formalities both Inter-departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual coordination and cooperation. 6. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
