The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nirsa (Kalubathan O.P.) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338 of the B.N.S. and Section 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Dhanbad. 3. On 21.07.2025, Nirsa (Kalubathan O.P.) Police, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled near Kalubathan O.P. Main Road, apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the petitioner had cheated anyone. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Dhanbad in connection with Nirsa (Kalubathan O.P.)
