He would further submit that the petitioner - Mr.P.Prithviraj has filed a suit against the fourth respondent in O.S.No.974/2020 and the same is pending consideration and the supply of the power will be subject to the outcome of the suit. The oral submission made by counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju., is placed on record. The supply of the power connection is subject to the outcome of the suit.
