ELEVATED AS JUDGE The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a order or direction more particularly one in the nature writ of mandamus call for the records relating to and connected with the impugned orders issued in proceedings RC No.1/SKVT VT/2017 dated 26.7.2017 of the 1st respondent and set aside the same to the extent of promotion of 6th respondent by 2 holding it as illegal arbitrary discrimination and contrary to the rules and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as head Master (Incharge) V.T.M Aided High School Innispet, Rajamundry and to pass...” 2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that he is challenging the promotion orders issued in favour of respondent No.6 by the official respondents. 3. On 11.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, none appeared for the petitioner despite the matter being posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 4. Sri V. Adinarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, submits that admittedly the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent has retired from their respective services. Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
