The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, is represented by its duly authorized officials, namely, Mr. R. K. K. Sinha, Regional Manager, and R. C. Pathak, Manager. Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the claimants and is present along with claimant No. 1, namely, Nabin Tanti. It is submitted that the total awarded amount is Rs. 5,50,000/- (Rupees five lakhs fifty thousand) only, which has already been paid. After negotiation, Page No.# 4/4 both the parties have mutually agreed to settle the matter for an additional amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) only as a full and final settlement of the claim. Accordingly, the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. is hereby directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) only before the Registry of this Court within 1 (one) month from the date of the order and the claimant No. 1, namely, Nabin Tanti, father of the deceased, is permitted to withdraw the same on behalf of all the claimants on being proper verification and identification and he shall share the amount equally among the claimants. Registry to refund the statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) only to the appellant/Insurance Company. The appeal stands disposed of in terms above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
