ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in interfering with the civil matters in respect of petitioners land in Sy. No.133- 13, to an extent of Ac. 0.35 Chandrashekhara Puram Village and Mandal,cents, situated at
Prakasam District as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice and also apart from violative of Articles 14, 16, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners land in Sy. No. 133-13, to anextent of Ac. 0.35 cents, situated at Chandrashekhara Puram village and mandal, Prakasam District.…”
2. Heard Sri K.Pavan Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint made by the 7th respondent, the petitioner is called to the police station for preliminary enquiry and no crime is registered against the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
