The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the minor child of the applicant is presently with Ms. Tilottama Hazarika and therefore by filing this Interlocutory application, the applicant seeks to implead her as respondent no.5. 3. We take note of the fact that by order dated 25.06.2025 passed by this Court in the connected W.P.(Crl.) 5/2025, the Court had taken notice of the stand taken by the respondent no.4 in the affidavit-in-opposition that the concerned child is living with her maternal aunt, Tilottama Hazarika. Accordingly, the prayer made in this IA stands allowed. Page No.# 3/3 4. The applicant shall file an amended cause title in the connected W.P. (Crl.) 5/2025 within 3(three) working days.
