Respondents appeared before this Court and submitted that the orders of this Court dated 12.10.2023 have been complied with however, with certain delay but due to some administrative reasons and the same is neither willful nor wanton and tendered unconditional apology. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court dated 12.10.2023 have been complied with and counter affidavit has been filed explaining the delay and prayed to close the contempt. 3 4. Sri Bokka Satya Narayana, learned counsel representing Ms.Sameera Bokka, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in the contempt have been complied with and prayed to close the contempt. 5. Recording the said submissions and having satisfied with the reasons for the delay and as the authorities have complied with the order dated 12.10.2023, this Court in inclined to close the contempt. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
