ORDER This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 13.03.2024, passed by this Court in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Cont.P.No.815 of 2025 W.P.No.6400 of 2024, and thereby directing the respondent to pay arrears of wages and differential benefits in respect of Gratutity and Encashment of Leave as per wage settlement, dated 24.08.2022. Those amounts shall be paid within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of the petitioner's retirement till the date of payment. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has been duly complied with the order of this Court. To that effect, he also produced a copy of the Letter vide in Lr.no.702/L13/MCOP/TSTC/ERD/25 dated 25.06.2025. The said letter dated 25.06.2025 issued by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (CBE) Ltd., Coimbatore Erode Region: Chennimalai Road, Erode -1, was taken on record. 3.
