Heard Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaint dated 07.09.2020 given by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that a crime has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.09.2020 and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. 5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
