1.GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. Challenging the notices issued by Ref.No.E1/48/2025 dated 03.01.2025, 17.02.2025 and of cancellation of fake DKT patta/ROR entries for the land Ac.2-60 cents in Sy.No.374/1 of Pemmadapalli Village of Rayachoty Mandal, Annamayya District, the above writ petition has been filed. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Ex-service man has granted D-form patta in respect of an extent of Ac. 1-00 cents in Sy.No.364-12A, Ac.1-20 cents in Sy.No.364-11, Ac.0-12 cents Sy.No.376, Ac.1-00 in Sy.No.364-1 A, Ac.1-66 cents in Sy.No.364-12, Ac.0-16 cents in Sy.No.364-16, Ac.0-26 cents in Sy.No.374-3, Ac.0-17 cents in Sy.No.382 and Ac.0-37 cents in Sy.No.264-10 total Asc.5-94 cents vide DKT patta No.38(a)/1414, dated 25.10.2024. The petitioner has nothing to do with rd the 3 respondent vide 09.04.2025 in respect to an extent of petitioner, an in
3 the survey number in 374/1. However, the notices referred to supra were issued to the petitioner, calling upon him to attend the hearing on 06.01.2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 11.01.2025 (Ex.P.2) to the 4'^ respondent- Tahsildar.
4. When the Court posed a question to the
learned counsel for the petitioner whether the petitioner submitted any explanation to the Joint Collector, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that an explanation dated 11.01.2025 was marked to the Joint Collector; however, the counsel could not produce any proof.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the aforementioned notices were issued to the petitioner to submit an explanation by the 3'^'^ respondent; however, no explanation has been submitted. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit an explanation to the Joint Collector for the aforementioned notices within two (2) weeks.
7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is
disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side giving liberty to the petitioner to submit explanation to the Joint Collector-3'^'^ respondent in respect of the aforementioned notices within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the learned 3'^^ respondent shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly per law as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
8. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
