Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru for the offences alleged under Sections 468, 471, 506, 420 511 r/w 34 of IPC, 1860. (marked at Document No.1,2, 3 and 4) (b) Alternatively, Direct the learned magistrate to expedite the trial in C.C.No.2531/2011 on the file of learned XI Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Mysuru and dispose of the proceedings with an outer limit not later than six months, in the interest of justice and equity. (c) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned HCGP for the respondent and perused the material on record. For the order proposed, notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with. 3. The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present petition is for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.2531/2011 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21588 CRL.P No. 6325 of 2025 pending on the file of XI Addl. Civil Judge & JMFC, Mysuru, for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 506, 420, 511 r/w 34 of IPC within a stipulated timeframe. 4. In view of the fact that the aforesaid proceedings in C.C.No.2531/2011 is pending for the last fourteen years before the XI Addl. Civil Judge & JMFC, Mysuru, without expressing any opinion on merits / demerits of the rival contentions, I deem it just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
