The applicant who is in custody since 04.08.2025 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Maniadih P.S. Case No.41 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 336(3)/ 336(4)/ 338/ 339/ 340(1)/ 340(2)/ 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned J.M.1st Class, Dhanbad. 2. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by the learned senior counsel for the applicant that only allegation against this applicant is that he has used forged documents while he is the head of the recruiting agency. Further, he has been falsely implicated in this case. On above basis prayer for bail has been made. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. 5. Considering the nature of crime and the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Maniadih P.S. Case No.41 of 2025, subject to condition that one of the bailor will be the pairvikar of this applicant and the applicant will report to the concerned police station once in a month till the conclusion of trial. Further, the applicant will submit self-attested copy of his Aadhaar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
