The present interlocutory application for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the connected Criminal Revision petition under Section 442 read with Section 438 of Page No.# 2/2 BNSS, 2023 is filed through Ms. P. B. Bordoloi, legal aid counsel. 2. The applicant/accused is presently in jail. 3. Perused the explanation given in the application. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submits that she has no instruction to raise objection against the present application. 5. The explanations offered, in the opinion of this Court, are sufficient, which prevented the applicant in approaching the Court within the period of limitation. 6. Accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands allowed. 7.
