The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent to implement order dated 06.10.2020. 2. The petitioners claim that as per Reservation Policy, the respondent is bound to clear backlog. The respondent is not implementing its Reservation Policy. 3. Mr. S.S. Sahu submits that petitioners’ grievance at this stage would be redressed if respondents are directed to consider their representation which they would file within 4 weeks from today.
