The 4th respondent filed counter asserting that the Gram Panchayat is not interfering with the property of the petitioner, at any point of time and did not issue any notice to the petitioner and even not taken any steps to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. 3. On perusal of the counter, it appears that the respondents are not trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Therefore, nothing remains in the writ petition for further adjudication. 4. Hence, the present Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
